The equinox is a time when quite literally the earth has a balance of LIGHT & DARKNESS. The sun sits right above the equator in the northern hemisphere, energetically effecting us in many ways.
It is a time for cleansing, a time to light a candle in the face of darkness.
It is a time to rebalance, be nourished and reset to sustain your inner light as the days darken towards winter.
During our time together we will explore 3 sacred rituals:
- 1st…the cacao ceremony asks us to pause and reflect on what is working in our lives and what perhaps needs rebalancing. We honor where we are on our path with love and compassion.
- 2nd…we will experience the thunderous vibrations of several different planetary gongs…then landing gently with a sonic bath of crystal alchemy bowls.
- 3rd…we gather again in sacred circle…in community to witness each other and ourselves as we re-emerge into our lives in a more harmonious and integrated way.
