STILLPOINT
A 2-hour journey of sound, breath, stillness, and truth
with Christine Grace + Ben Brown
When the world gets LOUD, get STILL
The world is loud right now.
Uncertain. Chaotic. Shifting.
You can feel it,
in your body,
in your mind,
in the way you move through each day.
There's a kind of tiredness
that sleep doesn't touch.... that silence alone can't resolve
And a kind of disconnection
that asks for more than just slowing down.
✦
Have you been pushing through...
Hoping the noise eventually settles?
It rarely does on its own.
The body keeps the score. And when it doesn't get a chance to fully exhale, stress accumulates, focus frays and your presence thins.
The tools that once restored you, have stopped doing the job.
This is not a discipline problem.
It's a nervous system problem.
And it asking you for something different.
This is where we begin.
A guided descent out of noise.
A repatterning of the body.
A return to internal safety and receptivity.
A guided journey through movement, breath, rest, and sound,
to help your body remember what safety feels like.
Not by force,
but through presence.
We gather in shared humanity,
because we all carry struggle,
and we all carry brilliance.
And coming together in a supportive community,
teaches us that we don't have to do it alone.

Your StillPoint Guides
Christine Grace
Christine creates immersive sound experiences to help you find the quiet within.
Her work is rooted in a simple understanding: beneath the noise, the body holds an intelligence that knows how to settle, recalibrate, and come back into balance.
Through experiences that weave sound, breath, and embodied awareness, she guides people out of overwhelm and into a more honest rhythm. Where the nervous system softens. The mind clears. And something deeper can be felt again.
This is not about fixing. It's about returning.
Life has been a profound teacher, and this work was forged in learning how to meet it.
(And yes, she is a Reiki Master Teacher with extensive training in energy medicine, sound, and somatic practices. But she'll be the first to tell you, this work is lived, not just learned.)
Ben Brown
Ben creates sound experiences that help the body find its way back to itself.
His work lives at the intersection of sound, bodywork, and visual art, the place where vibrational frequency meets lived experience. Where something in the nervous system finally gets to exhale.
Much of what he creates comes from a single impulse: to make more space. In the body. In the breath. In the quiet places that get crowded out by the noise of everyday life. He works with sound not as a technique, but as a thread back to something older. Something the body already knows.
Ben facilitates live and virtual sound experiences and is the co-creator of HOME and E L I X I R, two monthly sound practices.
He has held space at Columbia Teacher's College, Innisfree Garden, You Can Thrive, Dharmakaya, and Lululemon. He is also a licensed massage therapist, which means he understands the body not just as a receiver of sound, but as a living system that holds, releases, and remembers.
